What is your cleaning process and which products do you use? We use D2 biological solution and pH neutral soaps along with very soft bristle brushes using only very light pressure. This is the highest recommended process for cleaning headstones and memorials by the most respected professionals in the industry. We occasionally will use a product called "Rock Block" which is a very gentle cleaning product, but only if we need to.
Do you pressure wash or use harsh chemicals on memorials, headstones or columbariums? No. We never use anything but the most gentle possible cleaning solutions. We never use pressure washing to clean any headstone, memorial or columbarium. Even with a light pressure wash, damage can occur, especially on softer stone, cement/concrete, and polished surfaces.
Can you clean all types of headstones and memorials? Yes. We can clean polished, unpolished, stone, cement/concrete, marble, brass, steel, aluminum, etc.
How do you prevent permanent damage or scratching? We only use the mildest form of cleaning and biological solutions developed by reputable companies to prevent damage of any kind. We will never use pressure washing, harsh chemicals, or hard brushes. We will always leave everything better than it was when we arrived.
Do you get permission from the landowner or family? Yes. In fact, this is a requirement. We ask if possible that you already have permission from family and the cemetery. If you do not have permission, we can find out from the cemetery what the process is for their specific facility, and make sure everything is in order before setting up an appointment for cleaning.
What types of organic growth can you remove? Are the results permanent? The solutions we use will remove and help mitigate the effects of environmental pollution, dirt, and staining from biological soils such as mold, mildew, lichen, and algae from indoor and outdoor headstones, memorials and columbariums. These solutions continue to work over time, however, there is not currently a way to achieve permanent results. If you would like results that last longer and help keep the memorial looking its best and prevent future damage from contaminants, we do have monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual service that you may want to consider. What are the before and after results? Do you provide before and after photos or video? Before and after results can vary depending on the condition of the headstone or memorial when we arrive. Generally, there will be a very noticeable difference, though we cannot guarantee a specific result. We do provide before and after photos, and in some cases, we do provide before and after video. The D2 biological solution we use continues to work over time, and often continues to improve over several weeks to months. Will the headstone, memorial or columbarium look brand new after cleaning? Most memorials can be restored and cleaned to a good to excellent condition, depending on age and condition when we arrive. We cannot guarantee a "looks like brand new" result as time will always take its toll, and we have no control over how weather, contaminants, or other factors over time. We do guarantee we will always do our very best.

This process can save time and help us understand the regulations at the cemetery where you would
like us to provide our services.
Some cemeteries have specific guidelines about what
can be placed on memorials, and may prefer that we
notify them in advance for cleaning or restoring a memorial, headstone, or columbarium so as not to conflict with their
groundskeeping and other facility maintenance schedules.
4. Follow-up:
Following service, we will contact you by your preferred method, and provide you with before and after photos and/or video of the service we provided. We will also send you a receipt for your payment, and answer any questions you may have, as well as offer the best advice for aftercare of your memorial if you wish to do future care on your own.
